Hereafter referred to as "Second Hand Cars Auction" or "user"

1.1. User

The user of these General Terms is Second Hand Cars Auction, based in Bratislava, Slovakia, registered under Slovak law. The platform is used for electronic trading of used vehicles.

1.2. Business Activity

Sales at fixed prices, open auctions, and closed auctions for legal entities. Second Hand Cars Auction acts as the seller, not as an intermediary.

1.3. Business Restrictions

No repair, maintenance, or B2B reverse auction services are provided. The platform is solely for selling used vehicles to legal entities.

Scope

These terms apply only to business customers (legal entities and entrepreneurs).

3. Registration and Authorization

3.1. Registration

Registration via the website is free. Accounts are non-transferable. A deposit of EUR 2500 may be required.

3.2. Authorization and Revocation

Only legal entities can purchase. Accounts may be denied or revoked without explanation.

Data Protection

Data is collected and processed in accordance with the law and may be shared where necessary.

5. Contract Conclusion

5.1. Fixed Price

Clicking "Buy Now" represents a binding offer.

5.2. Auctions

The highest offer concludes the contract. Offers are binding.

6. Price, Costs, and Payment

6.1. Purchase Price

Price includes the bid amount + processing fee. VAT included.

6.2. EU Export

Proof of export and valid VAT ID required for net invoice.

6.3. Third Countries

A VAT deposit is refunded upon proof of customs export.

6.4. Processing Costs

Displayed separately on the platform.

6.5. Payment Method

Advance payment by bank transfer only. E-invoices are valid.

7. Delivery and Risk

7.1. Pickup

The buyer picks up the vehicle in Bratislava at their own expense. Risk transfers upon pickup.

7.2. Ownership

Ownership transfers after full payment. Documents are sent by mail or courier.

7.3–7.9. Other Provisions

• Ownership retained until full payment
• Offsetting only under legal conditions
• Late payment incurs interest and contract termination
• Vehicle may be withheld or returned if unpaid
• Seller may terminate the contract if terms are breached
• Vehicles sold "as-is" with no warranty
